Microsoft Connect. There is a connection for submitting ideas for the next
version of Windows, although I am not sure if the connection has been moved
to public access yet or is still only open to Vista beta testers, MVP's, and
such. The plan is to open it up to public participation at some point so
keep your eye on Microsoft Connect. Be sure to check under Available
Connections.
