In previous (2000) version of outlook, unsent (or failed to be sent) read
receipts were stored in 'Outbox' until they had gone, in 2003 I don't seem to
be able to locate them!
The server that my read receipts are being sent to doesn't accept outgoing
mail, and I need to change the account that the messages (read receipts) are
being sent to, or delete these messages, currently I get a 'mail not sent'
error message every 5 minutes since someone sent me a message which requested
receipts a few days ago. I used to be able to simply select the receipt and
change the account server - but in Outlook 2003 I can't find them!
