Where do you put the PAE extension in your boot.ini?

As I wrote earlier I have 4 gig in my machine but it only shows up as 3.25 gig
also under this on the System panel it shows Physical Address Extension.
Now I have found out how to edit my boot.ini but where do I place the /PAE
switch?
