where do i find `RUN`

I HAVE A DOWNLOADHOST PROBLEM AND IN ORDER TO FIX IT, i NEED TO ENTER THE
PROGRAMME FILE NAME THEN PRESS RUN...CANT FIND RUN ANYWHERE. PLEASE CAN
ANYONE HELP. I AM USING VISTA BASIC

just hit the start button

you should see it there if you look around a little bit

it's not hidden
 
Just type it into the search bar at the bottom when you click on the windows
icon. will do the same thing. Or type run into there.

Windows Key + "R".

or Right click on START, Properties and Start Menu, check the box beside RUN.

and also, released the CAPS lock key, lots of people consider it shouting.

It's under Accessories or you can use the Windows-key and the R-key together
to pop up the Run box.
