Where do i find enable bidirectional communication error in the print
dialog box?

It is not in the Word print dialog, it's a Windows setting.

(assuming Windows XP; it's a little different in Vista or Windows 7): Go to
Start menu > Settings > Printers & Faxes. Right-click your printer and
choose Properties. Click the Ports tab of the dialog, and you should find
the bidirectional option near the bottom.
