Where did "page X of XX" info go in 2007?

In previous versions you were able to see the info about how many pages were
in a document, and what page you were on, at the bottom of the screen. Don't
see that with 2007 and can't figure out where it is. Anyone know? Thanks!

For Word 2007, right-click the new customizable status bar and in the Status
Bar menu, click Page Number. You might want to check out other new options,
such as Word Count, while you're there too. :-)

Beth, for two years this has been working great but suddenly the page of page
no longer shows. when I right click I see that it is still checked but it
just won't show. I have checked and unchecked the box. closed and saved and
reopend the document and Word. I have opened a new document in word. Still
no page X of X is showing any more. When I added a footer with page number
it did begin to show again also in the status bar but as soon as i deleted
the footer, it quit showing on the status bar as well.
