where did explorer go?

For some reason or another my entore internext explorer folder has been
deleted, i don'thave a copy of IE any where on my comp, don't ask me why, i
don't know.
So know i can't go to any sites taht require internet explorer.
How do i reinstall IE from scratch.....i try to use the SP1 updates, but it
says "a newer version of IE has been found, setup will not continue". hoever,
there isn't an IE file to be found on my comp


What do i do?
