Where can I get upgrade from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2000

I want to upgrade, but Microsoft's site gives no place to
do so. Is there some way to do this? I would pay, if it
were a reasonable and reliable price.
 
You can't buy OL2000 anymore. You can buy OL2003, and probably also OL2002 -
not sure if there's an upgrade price anymore.
