where can I get music notation symbols e.g a flat sign?

I need to be able to use the music symbols for sharp and flat within 'Word'.
Does anyone know how I can do this easily?
 
Find these symbols in the Miscellaneous Dingbats character set in Arial
Unicode MS or Lucida Unicode.

Available music notation to insert into Microsoft Word

Hello,

There are music fonts/symbols available to download online. Try searching for the Bach Fonts. There are several types of Bach Fonts available.

You access these fonts through utilizing the Character Map to insert into your Microsoft Word documents.
