Where can I get a power adapter for a OticPro 9636T?

Well, did you try the Phone numbers? Try to talk to a person.

If you know the voltage and current required, then electronic stores have
power adapters than will work.

The Plustek scanners used six different power adapters: 240 volt input for
UK and 120 volt input for USA.
Output was:
24 volts, 550 ma or
15 volts, 1 A or
18 volts, 800 ma.

Somewhere on that scanner should be a label that tells the power required.
If the old power adapter is bad, then it should have a label that tells the
output voltage and current.

I lost the adapter. I'm gonna try E-bay.
