Where can I find missing .dll files online?

I tried too open a program i have. The error message read...Missing .dll
library.This is a familly computer and I am thinking that one of the
kids,well anyways,Is there a site I can go too too reinstall the files
without my system disks? I recently moved too a new house and I have been
looking for my disks and have been unable too find them.Many many boxes too
go through yet. I am using xp.

If you know the DLL that is missing, you can enter its name into Google and
you should see among the first few matches sites from which you can download
the DLL. However, that may not be enough. Some DLLs must be registered in
order to work.
