Where can I find a flash video in my hard disk

Is there any way I can find where in my hard disk resides a flash vide
when it is played?For example where can I find this video in my har
drive?

Go to your "Temporary internet files" folder
Group files by type
Copy all swf files to another folder (to avoid security messages)
Play each file

Clean temporary internet files before doing this then go to flash video site
so that you can find the file easily.

You can search flv in your computer, commonly the flash video appears
in the temporary internet file forlder. and when you find the flash
video you can copy it to another place.

you will also need a flash player to play it .here is a free one
