Where can I download windows xp sp2

I would like to download windows xp service pack 2, so that I can transfer
it to a computer without an internet connection. Is there a link to
Microsoft's website that will give a straight download, rather than one for
the computer doing the download?

Connect the 2 computers and form a small LAN and then download directly.
Why do you want/need SP2 if you don't have an Internet connection? It's
principally for better security.

What I meant to say is that it does not have broadband or permanent
connection. It does have a very slow dial up connection, and I really need
to have more access to the telephone than the internet. I should have been
more explicit, my apologies.

The 2 computers are in different buildings, so that's not really an option.
