As Sean indicated, if the hotfix is not available for download, we need to
contact the Customer Service and Support

We did not publish some hotfixs public because some problem symptoms are
very similar but the root causes vary from each other. Many customers
install the wrong hotfix which may cause other problems.
My suggestion is same as Barb and Sean,
1. Please try to contact the auditing software vendor to clarify if
KB941423 is the right hotfix. What problems they are trying to fix via
KB941423
2. Since they make the auditing software, they may already got the hotfix.
So we can ask if they have it. If not, we need to request the hotfix from
via the entry,
