Internet Explorer files in all Vista versions are here:

Cache: C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary
Internet Files\Low
Temp: C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Local\Temp\Low
Cookies: C:\Users\Your User
Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low
History: C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\History\Low

Be aware that some of the above are hidden.

Thanks Tyro

'C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files' (assuming Windows is installed on your C:\ drive).

I found this by clicking Tools > Internet Options, General tab: Browsing
History. Click the Settings button and then click "View files". If you
then click once inside the address bar of the window that opens, the true
path will be displayed.
