Where are the features from the Frames toolbar?

I know that the Web toolbar has disappeared in Word 2007 but where are the
Frame toolbar options, as in using Frames to create a Web page. In short
where is the Frame Properties dialog box?

I believe all the web-page features (except for being able to save as XML)
have been removed from Word. For backwards compatibility, the VBA commands
are probably still there, so theoretically you could recreate the
capabilities. But Word was never a particularly good interface for creating
webpages, there are much better tools available.
