OK, I understand I didn't make myself clear, sorry.
But I made a few screencaptures of it ....
The first one is the list explorer gives when I open it (my user account on
my PC is 'vito'). Please see the picture here:

When I click 'computer' it expands to the list as you can see in picture 2,
viewabla here:

As you can see in picture 2 the content of my user account is shown again
but twice, with the same names of the junctions .... It also does when I use
another explorer like 'UltraExplorer'.
I do belive I got this phenomenon by using an old newsreader (40TudeDialog)
that worked fine with XP, of course I uninstalled that newsreader but I
cannot find a way to recover the normal position back. Going to an earlier
recoverypoint does NOT solve the problem.
