Where are Frequently Used Programs saved?

Hello,

I'm trying a Windows cleanup and registry utility called Ace Utilities
that I'm trying. I want to keep it from deleting the list of recently
used files list that's shown on the Start menu. Anyone know where that
list is saved? I'm assuming somewhere in the registry?

Ad-Aware SE lists the system's Most Recently Used Lists (MRU Lists)
after a scan.

From Ad-Aware SE (via clipboard):

"Location:...\windows\currentversion\explorer\comdlg32\lastvisitedmru\
Last Activity:
Relevance:Negligible
TAC index:0
Comment:list of recent programs opened
Description:Most Recently Used List."

There seems to be related entries at:

\HKEY_CURRET_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ComDlg32\LastVisitedMRU
\HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ComDlg32\LastVisitedMRU
\HKEY_USERS\S1-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ComDlg32\LastVisitedMRU
\HKEY_USERS\S1-1-5-21-839522115-1767777339-2147062339-1005\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ComDlg32\LastVisitedMRU

But the last one is what Ad Aware lists in a dialog with other MRU
lists. Entries appear to be binary values. I'm not sure if that string
of numbers would be the same in everybody's system.
 
The shortcuts to the recently used files are stored in the following folder:

%userprofile%\Recent
