Where 2 install WebPubWizard From?

I've looked under CP>Add Windows Components & on the 2 CDs
that came with my PC to no avail. It installs at
"C:\Program Files\Web Publish\WPWIZ.EXE"

Any advise given is my attempt to show appreciation for all
the excellent help I've received here but I'm no MVP so it
may only apply NUGS (Normally, Usually, Generally, Sometimes :)
 
I am not 100% sure but I am thinking it installs with your Office product.
Especially if it includes Frontpage.

NO I use Lotus which doesnt have it nor Frontpage.

I'm evaluating several HTML generators including Frontpage
so maybe it came with 1 but had its own uninstall.
