When shutting down windows I get an error(regsvr32.exe) please help

When I shut down my computer I recieve an error that says REGSVR32.EXE it pops up and then my computer shuts down. I tried restoring my computer to an earlier time. This did not work at all. I was wondering on how I fix this problem. Any help would be great. Even if its just MS's technical phone #

I searched my computer for the file and I don't have it
on my system. You need to search the internet for ad-
aware 6 or spybot S&D.. I would also search regsvr32.exe
on the internet to see what comes up about it..Also
update your virus scanner and run it often..

i have ad aware 6 is this my problem? or do i need to run it more and clean up some stuff? thank you
 
Regsvr32.exe = Microsoft(C) Register Server
Used to register and unregister *.dll files (dynamic-link library)
This is a valid XP file.
