When replying to emails, most recent message is at the bottom

When I reply to certain emails, the set-up is backwards. The first email is
at the top and each reply defaults to the bottom of the page, not the top.
How do I fix this?

Version of Outlook?
Are you using any add-ins?

Outlook Express, and no, I don't think I'm using any add-ins. It only
happens when I reply to a certain other Outllok Express user. I though it
might be a problem on his side, but it only seems to happen when he gets a
reply from me.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
