When receiving Outlook emails, I want the little notification box

When receiving Outlook emails, I want the little notification box that first
used to appear at the bottom right of the screen when I first set up Outlook.
It just disappeared/stopped notifying me. Which menu do i go into to turn
it on? thanks
 
Tools | Options | tab Preferences | E-mail | click E-mail Options |
click Advanced E-mail Options | set your preferences in ''When new items
arrive in my Inbox'.
 
What version of Outlook? Crystal ball has Christmas off here.

Along with the version, we need to know which notification. If you mean the
little blue rectangle "toast" that pops up, is Outlook or other windows at
full screen?
