When opening application, it tries to reinstall, then asks for lic

Whenever I try and open an MS application, it launches the installer and then
asks for license details. I don't know these, and every thing I have tried is
rejected. This is only happennin since I have installed SP2. Should I
uninstall SP2? Thanks, Gill

Why not? If you own the product, you should have the licence key(s).
