When making labels, how do you delete empty cells and move all ot.

I used mail merge to make labels. I then went through and deleted certain
receipents. Now I have empty cells throughout. I would like to move all
other cells up to fill in the empty cells.
 
This sounds as if you're using Excel. Please try one of the Excel
newsgroups. This one is for the Access Database program.
