When installing windows the setup freezes on 37 min

i was starting windows normally when the loading screen
froze. i restarted in safe mode and tryed to fix the
problem but system restore would not work. i tryed to re -
install windows but when it gets to "installing windows"
it frezzes on 37 minutes. if i try to restart it goes
back to setup.
is there anyway i can get out of this loop and fix my
origonal problem.

Any help is apriciated

Try to run fdisk in dos, It deletes everything, so if

you have any data you'd like to save please do this
first...
Then fdisk, and format your harddisk, then you can re-
instal windows..
