I have accessed your discussion group but found no answers-only questions.
AND-since I am an idiot where computers are concerned, I need a clear - easy
answer. (e-mail address removed)

Who is the notice from? What is the complete content of the notice/error
message?

Then you will have to provide a shedload more detail.
Like version of Windows. Version of Outlook.
The FULL error message you get. Type of email account. (POP, IMAP or
Exchange)
etc etc.

The notice is on top of form that I typed message on. Says "This message not
sent"

Huh? I was not kidding about the word "idiot" . The message appears on the
top of the form I fill out to send. "This message has not been sent".

You posted in a Microsoft Outlook group so you must be using Microsoft
Outlook. What version is it? Click on Help and scroll to About. The Help
option is on the menu bar at the top of the window in Outlook. File, View,
Edit, etc.

Type of mail account - are you using an ISP (like Road Runner or Comcast),
are you pulling Gmail to Outlook, Hotmail to Outlook, are you at work and
maybe connecting to an Exchange server for email (that is Microsoft's mail
server and is usually used in a business environment or at universities for
example).

Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. I think my ISP is Clearwave. I see something
about Hotmail in the -?- something.

And what form is it you're using? Something on your computer that you
created perhaps or something on the internet?

The Outlook Mail form.

Do you mean a New Mail Message? No email will be sent until you address it,
fill in the body, and hit the Send button.

Are you talking about something else?

Yup-Had an address AND a cc address. Gotta go to the Dr. Back later. Thank
you so much for trying to help me.

So you do enter the address, and write an email, then hit Send. Is that when
the error message occurs?

Does the notice occur immediately, or does your email have time to send and
a notice is received later from the recipient's server?

Can you please post the contents of the message?
