when i try to format wordart and fill colors i m not getting color

i have using word 2003, when i try to format wordart and fill colors, i mnot
getting any color there although i can color other words or statement in the
word 2003
 
In Windows XP, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility Options |
Display tab | uncheck the "Use high contrast" box | OK.
