When I start my computer...

Hi, I have a minor problem. There are two accounts in my computer ( Mine"Administrator" and my sisters account"limited"). When I start my computer it doesnt go to the screen where you choose an account to work with it automatically starts in my account. If I try putting a password on my account, when I turn it on it loads for a long...long time then it gives me a message about putting in the right password and then, the screen where I choose an account to work with appears. Is there any way to fix this?
 
See if this helps

1. Go to Start->Run
2. Type control userpasswords2
3. Check Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer
