when I send from the brouser, office express comes up I don't wa.

I have outlook and outlook express,
i can send from outlook, and receive ok. but when i use the browser I.E.
I come up with express... under tools, internet options, programs, there is
a newsgroup setting which forces express, i can't can't change it to regular
outlook, why ?
how do i fix it

The Newsgroups setting doesn't have anything to do with sending mail. The
E-mail box does. Select Microsoft Office Outlook from the E-mail dropdown.
 
Change IE's Internet Options, Programs, Mail, to Outlook. Outlook does not do
newsgroups. It uses OE to view them.
