When I run Spybot, I get this MS alert messsage, what is meaning

For the last month or so, whenever I run Spybot, I get a red notice, I guess
it means it is something I should delete. It says "Windows Security
Center.Antivirus disable notify. What does that mean. Should I delete
it?....Peter

No, select it, right click on it and choose "ignore this *detection* in
future scans".
