when i right-click the drop down menu dosent show til i scroll ove

its with anything that drops down really. dont know if im being silly and
missing something right in front of my face or what but ive never had this
problem before. when i right-click or click on something that drops down i
see the outline of the box but the words don't come into view until i scroll
over them. its driving me crazy. if anyone has any idea whats going on i'd
like to hear it.

Now the picture only shows me doing the right click on the desktop but
it is in ever thing you can use the right click in
the internet, AutoCad, Photoshop, and in all folders and so on.
I would love help please.
