No, you don't get the point. You are *replying* rather than
resending. When you talk on the telephone, do you repeat what the
other person said before adding your reply? The other person already
knows what they said. For e-mail, the sender already has the file
that they attached PLUS they have a copy of the e-mail with the
attachment that they sent you, and each of the other recipients also
got that e-mail with the attachment. Roady already told you the
workaround.
You could look into the options to find the one related to Reply, and
select to attach the original message. Maybe if the original message
gets attached (rather than just its body getting duplicated in your
*reply*) it might include the attachments. However, that means
whoever gets your reply will have to open the attached copy of the
e-mail and then they can see the attachments in that original message.
