When i reply to a message, add recipient automatically to contacts

in earlier versions of outlook, it was possible to set up so that when
replying to a message, the sender and so recipient of the reply was added to
address book contacts. i cannot find this feature in 'options' in outlook
2003. Has it been lost?
 
The only earlier versions in which that worked were Outlook 98/2000 in the buggy IMO mode.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
