sCan you help. When my boss receives email the formatting of the text
message is all over the place. This happen when using spacing for bullet
points etc. He is using rich text editor, can you advise what to do?

The question is not what format does he use to send messages, but what
format the message is in that he receives, as the two are completely
independent of each other?
Another question is what version of Outlook?
