When we print an e-mail that has attachments, the attachment message does not
appear on the printed copy. Why?
 
That's the default seeting in Outlook. What you need to do is select (DO NOT
OPEN) the email with the attachment then click File-Print and below you will
see a check box with the option "Print attached files." Make sure it's
selected.
