when I print a contact the title is "UNKNOWN" how to change this?

Read your post. If it makes sense to you, then restate it in a way that
would make sense to someone else. Someone, for example, who is not watching
what you're doing, does not know how you are printing your Contact, your
Outlook version, or your view.
