When I open Access, how can I show the database window?

I haven't changed any settings, but now when I open the db, there is no db
window. I checked start-up options, and "show DB window" is checked. I
don't have any switchboard. TIA

It's probably scrolled off the side. Click on Window | Cascade and it will
show up as one of the rearranged windows starting in the top left corner.

Yes! Thank you so much!

You're welcome, Donna. Mine used to hide from me all the time, like it was
afraid of what I might try to do next ... <g>

It was taking its cue from my co-workers who suddenly discovered they were
late for a meeting whenever I started a sentence "In Access, how do you ...?"
