I want to email a report directly from word to management. I don't want to
send as an attachment. When I send the mail, (File>Send to> Mail Recipient),
it doesn't display checkboxes on the received Mail.
 
The formatting requirements of html e-mail and Word document are entirely
different. html does not support Word form fields.
