When explorer opens new window it is very small

Well.. english in not my native language, so i hope i make my problem understandable.
When I click on some link and explorer opens a new window, the new window is all small. It every time and it annoys me that i have to maxmize it.

Try placing your cursor on one corner of an opened explorer window until the
curser changes to a double arrow.
Then click left mouse button and drag the window bigger to the size you want

Windows remembers the size of the previously opened explorer window and all
your next explorer windows should open to the required size

When the small window appears, close all other IE windows but the small
one. Resize it with your mouse instead of maximizing it. Drag each edge of
the window as close to the edge of the monitor as possible, then click
File> Close. That should set the window size for secondary IE windows for a
while. Eventually, you will have to repeat these steps but they should not
be necessary every time as you are currently experiencing.
