When exactly does the record add?

Hi

I have a form where users can enter basic demographic information
(name, address, phone, etc) and then has options to move to a variety
of different forms based on that data.

The demographic record is saved when the user selects one of those
options.

Now they want the record to save after entering only a few fields, and
before they would move to any other forms. Is this one of the events
listed in properties? If so, what would I select?

Jeff,
Just place a Refresh in the AfterUpdate event of whatever field/s you choose.
