When closing Outlook, give the option to "cancel"

I occasionally hit the "close" button in Outlook by accident (e.g. I mean to
close an e-mail and hit the wrong red "X"), and then I get the prompt asking
"Do you want to delete all the messages in your Deleted messages folder?
Yes, no"; There is no option to "cancel". If you had the cancel button, I
could fix the mistake. Instead, I have to hit "yes" or "no" and then re-open
the program. Other office programs offer a "cancel" option when you close
with unsaved files; it would great it Outlook did as well. It would be a
very small bit of programming that would save me frequent frustration!

You don't actually have unsaved files in Outlook. When you make a change to
something, you're saving the change to a database, which you still have
open. Same with MS Access....you're changing a record, not a file.

I suggest you train your misbehaving mouse to avoid the "X". As the old joke
goes, "So the doctor says, 'don't go like that'"
