wheel optical mouse does not scroll in MS ACCESS VBA code page

My optical wheel mouse does not scroll when editing code in VBA for MS
Access. This is a recent change in behavior after downloading.

Has anybody else experienced this and found a fix?
 
I think it depends on your mouse driver and possible a utility you'd need to
install. Try searching for "Mouse wheel in VBE" or something. I remember
seeing some discussion on this subject before.
 
See if there is an update to the driver. If not open the mouse
properties and see if the settings are changed.

Actually in many cases it is the newer driver versions that don't scroll in the
VBA window. On my new computer I had to "downgrade" to an older intellimouse
driver to get the scroling back.
 
THANKS for your help. I tried VBSCROLL and it fixed the vert & horiz scroll
in VBE. It did nothing to help horizontal scrolling in MS Access table,
queries, etc, also missing due to some recent and unknown event .

I will try FREEWHEEL.
