1) Right-click My Computer > Properties.

2) Start > Run > MSinfo32.exe.

3) Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information

4) Start > Run > DXDiag.exe.

5) If none of the built-in tools provide the information you want, you
can use these utilities to help determine the answer to your question:

It's unusual that System Properties wouldn't tell you your processor speed.
I've never seen an instance where it wouldn't.
 
Right click on "My Computer". Go to properties. Look at the bottom of the
first page.

First you could try waiting more than 42 minutes before whining your
request again. Impatience is not a virtue.
