Anyone used/using this?

Any good?
Obviously it will tell me the associated program and/or publisher.
I'm interested in something that tells me what it is doing not just who it
does it for.

e.g.
process: XYZ.exe
Location: C:\etc
Publisher: Software R Us
Comments: This tracks the blah blah. It is not a Windows process.
Removing/blocking this process/service will have this effect......

Seems this web site http://www.file.net/ goes some way to doing what I need.
