duringthesetup xp asks for whatever createdrun dll 32.exe -ihaveno idea

why ican'tunzipany zip files onthat drive-?

I have no idea what the repair installation is asking for.
Are you following any of these?

Also, did you receive my earlier email about cleaning up and securing your
PC?
It may have prevented the need for a repair installation.
