Something that would tell me how e.g.

Application.ScreenUpdating = False
LastRow = Range("F" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For r = LastRow To 2 Step -1 ' Headings in row 1
If Cells(r, "F").Value = "Closed" Then
Rows(r).Copy Destination:=Sheets _
("Interim").Range("A2").Offset(off, 0)
Rows(r).Delete
off = off + 1
End If
Next
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub

Would be made/explained

Thanks

'Turns of screen updating to stop annoying flicler.
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
'Defines the last row in Column F
LastRow = Range("F" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
' Counts Backward from the lastrow in column F
'Copying Cells where the value = "Closed"
'And Paste them on a Sheet Named "Iterim"
'Then Deletes that Row
For r = LastRow To 2 Step -1 ' Headings in row 1
If Cells(r, "F").Value = "Closed" Then
Rows(r).Copy Destination:=Sheets _
("Interim").Range("A2").Offset(off, 0)
Rows(r).Delete
off = off + 1
End If
Next
'Turns Annoyng Screen Flicker Back On
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub

Anything here will get you going. HTH

Go into a decent bookstore and look at Power Programming or VB For Dummies
by John Walkenbach, or VBA Programmers Reference 2007 by Bullen, Bovey,
Rosenberg & Green (I think I got those right).
