what upgrade

hello, right now i have 512 mb of ram, 2.66 ghz, and i have a intel extreme
vidio card with 64 mb's on it. I want to either upgrade to a gig of ram, or
get a new video card, which would be a better decision? i appreciate any
comments

You have sufficient RAM to run most anything. Unless you like to keep an
unusually large amount of applications open at one time?

If you play some of the higher end 3D games, you will benefit most from
upgrading your video card. The choices are endless, with prices as high as
$600.00, but you should be able to find something under $200.00.
