One thing for sure is that it ISN'T an executable file.. it is probably part
of a fileset that is used by the program that you have downloaded and wish
to install.. sometimes, authors use their own initials for which their is a
'call' written into the program code somewhere.. the UK program
'AutoExpress' was an example of this where 4 or 5 codewriters used their own
initials as extensions, presumably so that they could recognise each others
stuff and also to stop it being incorrectly recognized by other programs..
