What TV-OUT Card is the best?

Hi,

I would like to get a new video card with a TV-out so that I can see the PC
output on a TV, for example AVI format movies. I would like some opinions on
what is the best card to use for this purpose. Anyone have previous
experience with this? Please advise. Thanks,

I found my BB ATI 8500 tv-out to be excellent with the later drivers. It's
noticeably better than my Sapphire 9800np and my saphire 9500pro. Even the
sapphires are far better than a buddy's gf4 4400 and my old creative TNT2U.

I have a Mobility Radeon 9000 in a (Fujitsu-Siemens AmiloD-8820) laptop. It
has tv-out s-vhs output. I think the quality is near top notch. If i play
dvd (or good divx) on laptop, on my tv, the quality is same as my normal
Pioneer DVD player.
