AboutConfig 0.5
Contacts Add BCC Button 0.0.3

The second one *definitely* should not be necessary. The BCC button
should be there by default as part of Thunderbird.

Hmm looks handy. Might have a look at that one!

External Editor 0.6.1

I think TB's editor is lacking in proper wrapping abilities - is this why
you're using an external editor? Whatcha using?

Quick Reply 0.5.5

Might try that out on my laptop - it's a bit slow using TB so that could
speed things up as it won't have to open a new window.

I'm using:
Contacts Add BCC Button 0.0.3
I think I only installed this as a customer was interested in it's feature.

AutoRewrap 0.003
Very tasty! Sorts out all that nasty wrapping that TB manages to do.

Enigmail 0.92.0
I use PGP for all my business email/Usenet posts.

View Headers Toggle Button 1.5.1
I'm nosy and like to look at people's email headers. And it's useful if I
want to sent an abuse complaint about a spam or automated "you sent us a
virus" email.

Quicktext 0.9.6.3
Very handy for boilerplate responses etc.

Cheers

Did it kill you to install the extension?

I find the height of disingenuity is when one bitches about *FREEWARE*.

While I most definitely agree with you about people bitching at freeware,
John's right in that since the developers have gone to the effort of adding
a "To" and "CC" buttons, "BCC" would be a good idea.

Not forgetting the fact that no email client should have a "CC" button (or
accept more than one To recipient) before proving they know how to use
email ;-)

I was hoping to get to mess with the entire email, including the
headers and everything in their raw form. That's a work in progress
for me (should I ever get to it). I just used MetaPad to see what
happened.

You've written more, but I have to run...

But why do you need it? In T'bird 1.0.6 the BCC option is in the
drop down left click menu in the 'to' cell.

It's just more convenient if it's a button, Jack. Saves an extra step. I
use the button created by "Contacts Add BCC Button 0.0.3" all the time,
for instance when I forward a joke to several of my contacts. Using BCC
is, as I'm sure you know, considered good form when emailing to a group.

Corliss, did you here the one abuot the guy who moaned and whined like a
petulant child and told everyone on acf that he was leaving....only to
return?

Then this very same guy plays Usenet Cop and has the audacity and hypocrisy
to criticize others about their kitchens when his own is as dirty or more
so?

Google it, It's a real laffer.

Oh, btw, he's a she.

No! I'm interested in Thunderbird Extensions, and tired of this lengthy
banter that has nothing to do with them. ;-)

Extensions? You call your dicky Thunderbird?

Woooooof!
